Wonderlights launched in 2019 as a brand new unique experiential event, guests embark on a night time walk by festival light highlighting the local countryside, wildlife and Irish folklore. 

In 2019, guests joined us for an enchanting wander by night where we showcased a captivating array of light in one of Ireland's most prestigious venues.

 

Our team of talented creatives put together a fascinating display of light over a two km walk, which was fully accessible and suitable for all the family. Guests journeyed through beautiful woodland areas of Palmerstown House Estate in Johnstown, Co. Kildare and found themselves immersed in old Irish folklore tales.

This magnificent, multi-sensory experience saw the Irish countryside come alive with 1000's of lights, state of the art technologies with stunning visuals and projections to create a unique atmospheric backdrop for an evening wander.

 

Guests were encouraged to take time out from their busy lives to relax, connect with the outdoors, spend quality time together, while of course getting their steps in!

The event began in October 2019, in the first of our venues - the beautiful Palmerstown House Estate in Johnstown, Co. Kildare. Due to popular demand, extra dates were added in January 2020.
